Anytime Fitness Edmondson Park

Nice little gym with kind staff but alot of small easily fixable problems. Not a single decent straight bar attachment, lack of d-handles, not enough carabiners for all the cables and the charging dock makes your phone lose battery faster because it doesn't have a steady flow of power. After paying $21 weekly and $80 for a cheap keypass, you'd think you would have to face these type of problems. Also the "$410" kick starter pack is a joke. As a gym promoting the discounts on stuff like that is a joke. I am confident in the gyms ability to fix these problems and look forward to the changes they can make.

If I could give 0.5 star I would. I signed up and tripled confirmed that I can get all my money back, no charge, all free, as long as I come back within 7 days cool off period. Everything started off nicely. The 0.5 star is for the equipment. The gym is small, but clean in general. The showers need to be scrubbed. It looked a bit stained so I didn’t use it. There weren’t many classes available, but I appreciated that they offered some classes at a time after work or before, this could be convenient for others. I had to relocate so I can’t continue at the same gym anymore. Hence I walked in on day 5 to get a refund. After chatting with the SAME guy, mind you, the same guy that signed the contract with me and tripled confirmed I could get all my money back - he said to me they can’t refund the fob back, which is not what they said when I signed the contract. I read previous comments hence I made it clear before i signed that I can get all money back. Well the “supervisor” came and after clicking a few things on the computer, they offer to give my money back, but there was no apology. I don’t understand how a business can really day light rob someone and be so dishonest. I’m so disappointed. I will never come back.
